Bespoke pieces undergo several stages including brainstorming with the client, sourcing of stones, design, and finally production. Each step requires meticulous attention to detail and time for client feedback and approval. As such, bespoke pieces do not fall under our standard policies and regulations.
The delivery time depends on the courier service you choose and your geographical location. Please be aware that international deliveries may take longer due to customs and clearance procedures in the destination country.
