Once you place an order and complete the payment, we will process your order promptly. The delivery time will take approximately two to four weeks, depending on stock and geographical location.

For bespoke pieces, it's important to note that these are customized pieces and require a longer processing time due to the intricate design process involved. Bespoke pieces undergo several stages including brainstorming with the client, sourcing of stones, design, and finally production. Each step requires meticulous attention to detail and time for client feedback and approval. As such, bespoke pieces do not fall under our standard policies and regulations.

The delivery time depends on the courier service you choose and your geographical location. Please be aware that international deliveries may take longer due to customs and clearance procedures in the destination country. We are constantly working to ensure a smooth delivery process and to minimize any delays that may occur along the way, your patience is appreciated!

• If this is your first order with us, please double check that your shipping address is accurate.

• Your billing address matches the address shown on your card statement.

• Someone will be available to sign for your order at the above shipping address or answer the call from the local courier when it is delivered. If the local courier is unable to reach you, we kindly suggest that you arrange another suitable time for delivery.
