Return Policy 

lamahourani.com will not accept items for exchange or credit; Products returned by you because of defect will be refunded in full or replaced with the same product, including a refund of delivery charges for sending the item to you. we usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. The refund arrives within a maximum of 30 days after sending you an email that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the defective product.

Our Repair Policy

We will repair any damaged purchase within 60 days of delivery.

Product Care

Each piece of our jewelry is hand-made with utmost care in Amman-Jordan and therefore delicate. Please use appropriate care to enjoy our jewelry for a long time.

·After each use, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box.

·Please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, detergent and lotion.  Excessive light, heat or moisture will deteriorate the quality of plating on silver and semi-precious stones. The color of silver may change and some semi-precious stones may fade if constantly exposed to the sun. 

·Our collections consist of precious metal (sterling silver) and they are in some cases plated with 18K gold.  We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth, however, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended.

·Because most of the stones used in our collection are natural gemstones and pearls, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty. Pearls and most gemstones do not stand the force of cleaning agents, polishing cloth or ultrasonic cleaners.
